HYPERFIX
A COMPUTER, NOT AN APP

Twelve ideas.One gate open.

Hyperfix is a personal Linux computer with an AI that holds the thread for you. Everything in your head goes on one board, gets cut into steps with gates, and exactly one of them is allowed to be now.

REFUSED — GATE IS RED This is the whole product. The rule lives in the database, not the button, so nothing closes this step while a check is red — not you at 1am, and not the agent when you ask it nicely.

THE LOOP

Four columns. That's the whole product.

Not a task manager with more fields. A shape that turns the thing you avoid — deciding what is now — into the only decision the computer will let you make.

01

Get it out of your head

Ideas arrive at the worst possible moment and leave just as fast. Everything lands in one column — unformed, unjudged, unordered. Capturing is not committing, and nothing here asks you to decide yet.

02

Cut it into gates

An idea becomes steps, and every step gets a gate: the checks that decide whether it is done. A step with no gate is a wish. The agent writes the first draft of the gate, you argue with it.

03

One thing. Now.

Exactly one step is THE ONE and the whole computer says so — the composer, every tool result, the nag that reaches you when the tab is closed. The other eleven ideas are still there. They are just not now.

04

Green, or it isn't done

You cannot close a step by feeling finished. The gate has to go green — and when the agent tries to talk its way past it, it gets refused too. That refusal is the product.

THE REFUSAL

Watch it tell an agent no.

The board is an MCP server, so your agent works this computer the way you do — and hits the same wall. It cannot close a red gate, it cannot argue its way past one, and when a tangent shows up mid-thought it parks it instead of chasing it. That last part is the difference between an assistant and a computer that keeps you alive to one idea.

WHAT YOU GET

A real box. A brain you own.

Everything below is on the computer the moment it boots. Nothing is a tier, an add-on, or a thing you unlock by spending more — there is nothing above this plan to sell you.

BYOK

Your keys, not ours

Bring an Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter key — or point it at a Claude Code / Codex CLI subscription you already pay for. The AI on this computer costs us nothing, which is the only reason ten dollars works.

MCP

Your agent, everywhere you type

The board is an MCP server. Point Claude Code, Codex or Zed at it and your agent works the way this computer works: it asks what THE ONE is, parks tangents instead of chasing them, and gets refused by a red gate just like you do.

NAG LANE

It nags you

When a step stalls, the box reaches out — to a webhook you own, not a chat platform we picked. Body-doubling that does not need another human to be awake at 2am.

DEVICE TOOLS

It reaches your actual machine

The desktop app pairs your laptop to your computer. The agent can open the right file, screenshot what you are stuck on, or run a command — removing the friction that ends a session, instead of telling you to go and find things.

ROOT

A real Linux box

Terminal, files, services, an address with TLS. Run as many things on it as it will hold — there is no service cap, because rationing a box with one tenant is just a worse box.

PAYMENTS

Paid in crypto, held by you

No card, no processor, no account anyone can freeze. Send stablecoins to an address minted for your invoice, and the box credits itself the moment the chain confirms it.

PRICE

Ten dollars. One plan.

There is no upgrade path because there is nothing above it. The expensive half of an AI product is inference, and on this computer that is billed to you, by your own provider, at cost.

EVERY FEATURE
$10 / month
  • 2 vCPU, 7 GB RAM, 40 GB NVMe
  • One address with TLS, and as many services as the box will hold
  • The board, the gates, the nag lane and the MCP surface
  • Device tools for the machine you are sitting at
  • AI billed by your own provider — we never touch it

Your invoice mints its own deposit address, so the payment identifies itself — no memo to forget, no reference to get wrong. The box watches the chain and credits itself. Stablecoins on Base settle for a few cents in gas.

DESKTOP

It can reach the machine you're on.

The Windows app pairs your laptop to your computer with a code, then holds one connection open. Your agent can open the file you are stuck on, screenshot it, drop something on your clipboard or run a command — instead of telling you to go and do it yourself, which is the exact moment a session ends.

PAIRING

A code, not a password

Mint a code on the computer, type it into the tray app once. The device token is shown once and stored hashed. Revoke it from Settings and the machine goes dark immediately.

CAPABILITIES

You choose what it may do

Shell access is off unless you tick it at pair time. A box that has been taken over can ask for anything; a device that never enabled a verb still refuses.

CONNECTION

Outbound only

The app polls; nothing dials into your laptop. No port forward, no firewall hole, works behind any NAT and on a phone tether.

FAQ

The honest version.

What actually is this?

A personal Linux computer with an AI on it, rented by the month, built around one idea: people with ADHD do not need more capability, they need something that holds the thread. You get a shell, files, services, an address — and a board that refuses to let you have twelve priorities.

Why does it cost so little?

Because you bring your own AI key. The expensive part of every AI product is the tokens, and on this computer those are billed to you by your own provider at cost. We are charging for a machine and the software on it, not for inference with a margin on top.

Is this just a to-do app with a shell attached?

The difference is the refusal. A to-do app lets you tick anything at any time, which is exactly the move an ADHD brain makes at 1am. Here a step closes when its gate goes green, the rule lives in the database rather than the interface, and the agent hits the same wall you do.

Do I have to use crypto?

Right now, yes. It is the honest trade for having no payment processor in the loop: nothing between you and your computer that can decline, freeze or ask for documents. Stablecoins on Base cost cents to send.

What happens if I stop paying?

You get five days of grace and a banner, and your data stays put. Nothing about billing reaches into the box and breaks it — a billing bug that bricks a computer is worse than a month of unpaid hosting.

Is my key safe?

Your AI key is encrypted at rest on your own box and never leaves it for anything but your own provider. The payment wallet is on the server too, and that is stated plainly rather than dressed up: custody means a server holds keys, and the ceiling on that is as safe as root on your machine.

Can I get my stuff out?

It is a Linux box. Everything is a file, the board is one SQLite database, and both are yours. There is no export flow because there is nothing to escape from.

One thing. Now.

You already know which one it is. This computer's whole job is to stop you opening the other eleven.
